Carpet Cleaning

Thanks to our professional steam-cleaning equipment, most carpets dry fully within about 2–4 hours. Drying time can vary based on humidity, ventilation, and airflow.

Yes - for items it’s safe to move, our technicians will shift furniture, clean underneath, and return it. We ask customers to remove fragile items (plants, ornaments, etc.) before arrival. For large or heavy items we cannot safely move, we’ll clean around them or underneath if possible.

On average, we can clean a standard room in roughly 20 minutes - but this depends on room size, furniture to move, and how soiled the carpet is.

Our main cleaning method is steam cleaning, carried out with the latest machinery. This process sanitises, neutralises, deodorises, and attempts to remove even deep, stubborn stains.

We do our best to treat stains and spots, but we cannot guarantee complete removal. Some stains - depending on the age of the carpet, type of fibres, and previous treatments - may be permanent or deeply set.

A light vacuum of high-traffic areas is recommended but not essential - we will undertake a full clean regardless.

We use odour-removing treatments designed to neutralise smells rather than mask them. However, we cannot guarantee 100% odour removal in every situation; ventilation after treatment is recommended for best results.

Upholstery Cleaning

We use steam cleaning for most upholstery - using the most up-to-date equipment to deliver a deep and thorough clean.

Yes. In such cases, our technicians will first test the fabric to determine the safest, most effective cleaning method.

Drying time varies with humidity, ventilation and how soiled or stained the fabric is - we can give you an estimated drying time when we quote for the job.

That depends on usage, wear-and-tear, and whether you have pets or children - as a rough guideline, many households benefit from a clean every 6–12 months.

We clean most soft furnishings including sofas, chairs, footstools, bed-frames, dining chairs and more. If you’re unsure whether we can clean a particular item, feel free to contact us for guidance.

While we will always aim for the best possible result, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed - some may have permanently damaged or discoloured the fabric fibres.

Rug Cleaning

Yes - we can clean synthetic rugs on-site.

Drying times vary depending on humidity and ventilation; we can give a guide when providing your quote.

Yes - but due to their delicate nature, we often recommend cleaning them off-site at our specialist rug-cleaning facility to ensure the safest and most effective treatment.

Yes - for rugs requiring off-site cleaning, we offer collection, cleaning in our facility, quality check, and safe return. Lead time will depend on how soiled the rug is.

Once cleaned and approved by our QA process, rugs are wrapped in protective packaging (e.g. clear polythene) before being returned.

Stain Protection

Applying a professional stain-protector adds an invisible protective coating to each fibre — helping repel oil- and water-based spills, and reducing the likelihood of permanent staining.

Depending on wear, foot traffic, and cleaning frequency, our stain protection generally lasts up to 2 years.

No - our stain-protector is designed to be invisible, odour-free, and to preserve the original feel of your fabric or carpet.

Blot up the spill immediately with a clean, dry cloth - do not rub. The protective coating helps resist absorption, so prompt action improves the chance of avoiding a stain.

We offer stain-protection as an optional add-on - many new carpets start life with protective coatings from the manufacturer, but over time wear-and-tear reduces their effectiveness. Our professional protection helps renew or add that layer.

General

We are a locally operated, independent company - committed to delivering personalised, customer-focused service.

Yes - we carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance to protect both your property and our clients.

Please vacuum the areas to be cleaned a day or two before our visit, and remove small items or breakables from furniture. For heavy or large furniture, we’ll move what we can safely secure.

You can contact us by phone, email or website. Once the scope of work is understood, we’ll provide a quote - once your quote is approved and payment has been made, we’ll book your slot.

We accept debit or credit cards on booking. Payment is due on booking the service. We will then confirm your booking in writing along with a receipt.

We always strive for the best possible result and will discuss expectations at the time of quote. However, since some stains are permanent and fibre damage or previous treatments affect outcome, we cannot guarantee full removal or offer money-back for pre-existing stains.
