Cancel or Rebook 48 Hour Notice Policy?

If you need to cancel or postpone the arranged appointment then please call our 24 Hour booking line on 01252 594 660 , where one of our staff will re-arrange the appointment to another day. Due to workload if the cancellation is less than 48hrs notice then full payment will be required, the job can then be rescheduled for a later date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable.

What do I need to do?

In order to get the job done as quickly as possible, we require you to perform a small set of tasks before we arrive:

1. Our technicians are happy to move sofas or small items of furniture that one person can easily move within the laws of Health and safety and Safe Handling . This excludes electrical items such as TVs , or any electrical equipment , what we do ask is that any Personal belongings and small items are removed from the room, before arrival. We ask that the floor area that is to be cleaned is clear and access unrestricted.

2. Please hoover all carpets prior to our arrival that are being cleaned. This will give our technician the best chance of removing any stains or dirt and will allow us to cover more of the floor area.

3. Please ensure there's adequate parking outside the property. This allows our technician to get in and out easily without causing delays . If there isn't adequate parking, just give us a call in advance and we'll let the technician know.

What should I expect on the day?

1. One of our friendly technicians will arrive on site and run through the areas you would like cleaned within your home. At this point, it's handy to show them around and let them know any specifics areas that you're unhappy with (stains, dirt etc).

2. Once the assessment has been made, the technician will then proceed to measure all rooms that are to be cleaned. He/she will then discuss the options and prices available based on their findings ensuring you are getting the best advice and service.

3. After agreeing the cost of the work, we will then proceed to clean your home. This is often done within 1-2 hours, however this is dependent on the property size, the type of items that are being cleaned and the level of clean you've selected..

4. Finally, our technician will take the payment for the work. If the chosen method is via card, they will need to call the head office to process for payment . Please note: We only take debit card and NOT credit cards.

5. Once we've left, we advise that you allow carpets between 2-3 hours to dry and upholstery between 3-4 hours. You can aid the process by ensuring the room is ventilated and warm.
